Juliana is an Executive Director of Strategic Property Solutions WA and a highly skilled Feng Shui Master specialising in Business, Property Development, Building Design and Workplace Layout in the private enterprise and  corporate sectors. She believes in a holistic approach to life success by focusing on the built environment.

A published author and professional speaker, Juliana has written many articles in a number of publications, including a weekly column in Western Australia’s leading newspaper “The West Australian”. 

Juliana is also dedicated to community service through her 30 years of work with Not-for-Profit organisations. She currently serves as Chair for the State Library of WA Foundation Board of Directors. Juliana is an alumnus of the prestigious Leadership WA program, a Member of Australian Institute of Directors and an honorary member of the International Feng Shui Association.

Appointed as State Library Foundation Director 23 February 2013. Confirmed as Chair of the Board in March 2015.

Mark Lester is a registered Auditor, registered tax agent, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. 

Mark has extensive experience in the audit of corporations in Australia and USA, encompassing industries such as finance, manufacturing, retailing, oil and gas, junior explorers, construction and transportation. He is a Director of Maxim Hall Chadwick, a chartered accounting firm based in Subiaco.

Appointed as State Library Foundation Director and Company Secretary 24 September 2012.

Margaret Nowak is an academic economist with interests in labour market economics and corporate governance. She is the Chair of the Library Board of Western Australia.

Margaret was the founding Director of The Graduate School of Business, Curtin University of Technology, a position she held from 1993 to 2004. She has served on several Government and community boards and committees including Princess Margaret Hospital Board in the 1980s. She was a Commissioner, Lotteries Commission of WA, from 1989-94 and Chair of the Gordon Reid Foundation for Youth, 1990-94. From 1991-1997 Margaret was Chair of the Management Committee at the Fremantle Arts Centre. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
